Recently my company bought a External hard disk, purpose is to backup all the important data for my big big bosses. (~ if the data loss, my head will loss too~)
This External hard disk are new product from Seagate, the outlook are nice and presentable. We bought 120GB which cost us RM460++, 5 year warranty. If compare to normal hard disk, it only cost around RM250++, 3 year warranty and not reliable.
After play with this Hard disk, i found that the transfer rate are much more faster if compare to pen drive.
Before send up to my big big bosses, i have take down some picture on this product…
Picture will be literbit big, look like 3.5″, but not actually, it is just a 2.5″ laptop hard disk size

wow RM460 for 120 GB…shouldn’t it at least come with a SATA or firewire interface as well? USB is kinda SLLOOOOOWWW….
althought it is USB, but the speed are faster then normal external HDD, may be just USB intreface, but inside another technology…
i think it’s a bit expensive for a 120gb. but maybe like calvyn said, it uses different tech inside..
Seems like worth the price to me.
Comes with 5 years warranty, those software, and slightly nice casing design.
I love the outlook.

Hey, today I found this hardware near my office. They sell it RM399.00. Then I ask for discount as I know the girl at the counter. She said they can sell me at RM 360. It really look nice and useful. But I didn’t buy because I only want to know the price only. 😛
